Welcome to the Family Kitchen

The Family Kitchen is a space to explore the challenges of childhood obesity and the cruelty of body-shaming children with obesity.

This is a safe space to discuss the physical and emotional health of eating for the entire family at every age and stage, including dealing with picky eaters, cooking on a budget, and navigating the fine line between encouraging healthy eating and criticizing a child for their body size.

I invite your questions and comments. Together, we will create happier, healthier families one meal at a time!
